Monroe Council of the Arts has requested a change to their scoring system for event
applications. The change is reflected in the back up which is attached.
TDC approved same at their meeting of March 3, 2004.

Scoring will be considered under the following criteria:
1 - unacceptable
2 - below average
3 - average
4 - above average
5 - excellent
Upon evaluation of the application, the total scores will be tabulated and applications
scoring 36 eNess- will
or more will be considered for funding. Those events that meet the
minimum scoring requirements as noted above, will be ranked starting with the highest score.
