RESOLUTION NO. 097 - 1989
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 069-1989
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
General Revenue Fund Monroe County, Florida, for Fiscal
Year 1988-89 to account for unanticipated funds received
from Carryover FY 87/88 Referendum Equipment, and;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution
No. 069-1989, passed and adopted on February 7, 1989,
due to incorrect methodology, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the unanticipated revenue
previously setup in the Monroe County Budget for the
fiscal year 1988-89 in Resolution No. 069-1989, passed
and adopted on February 7, 1989, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 21st day of February, A.D. 1989.
