RESOLUTION NO, 194-1989
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUPPORTING
SENATE BILL 504 AND HOUSE BILL 677 IN THE
~ 1989 REGULAR SESSION OF THE FLORIDA

WHEREAS, Senate Bill 504 and House Bill 677 have been
sublJlitted ~o the Legislature for consideration during the 1989

LL..Regular Session, and
WHEREAS, said Senate Bill 504 and House Bill 677 provide for
an ad valorem tax exemption for housing projects for low-income
persons under certain conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to express its support for said Senate Bill 504
and House Bill 677, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby expresses its
support for Senate Bill 504 and House Bill 677 which provide for
an ad valorem tax exemption for housing projects for low-income
persons under certain conditions,
2, The Legislative Delegation of Monroe County is hereby
requested to support Monroe County in its support of Senate Bill
504 and House Bill 677.
3. The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to forward
copies of this resolution to the members of the Monroe County
Legislative Delegation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 4th day of April, A.D, 1989,
