WHEREAS, the record before the committee supports that
recommendation; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
1. Pursuant to Sec. 9.5-84(c) (1' (a), Monroe County Code,
the
plat
of
the
subdivision
to
be
known
as
Sugar loaf Beach
located on
Sugar loaf
Key, Monroe County, Florida, a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated by reference, is hereby approved.
2. The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe County,
Florida, is hereby directed to accept the plat for recording in
the official records.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 21RD
