RESOLUTION NO. 564_1989
A RESOLUTION PASSING A FINAL PLAT WITH AMEND-
MENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
THE AMENDED PLAT FOR LITTLE CRAWL KEY.
WHEREAS, the Major Conditional Use project is comprised of
25 single family lots, 16 dock lots on Tracts A-D, and is known
as Little Crawl Key, and has been recommended for approval by the
Monroe County Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has followed
their recommendations with some amendments, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been amended to reflect those
changes, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The recommendations of the Planning Commission are
hereby approved and amended.
2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said amended
plat.
3. The Monroe County Clerk is hereby directed to record the
executed plat in the Monroe County Records.
4. The Monroe County Clerk is also hereby directed to
forward a copy of this resolution to the Department of Community
Affairs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 10th day of October, 1989.
