Resolution 601-1989 4. This Board, having examined the record below and heard the arguments of the parties, and finding no error in the decision of the Planning Commission set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 12-89, hereby affirms the decision of that Commission and denies Ewing-Wardell Development Corp.'s appeal. 5. The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Department of Community Affairs. 04-89. 3. Ewing-Wardell Development Corp. then timely perfected an appeal to this Board seeking a reversal of the Planning Commission's decision and reinstatement of Development Order conditional use for a convenience store. Commission which, with due notice, held a hearing on the appeal on August 17, 1989. At that hearing, the Planning Commission reversed the decision of the Director and granted the appeal. See Planning Commission Resolution No. 12-89. Such decision had the effect of denying Ewing-Wardell Development Corp. a minor the following described property: Lots 21, 22, 23 and 24, Block 9, Township 63S, Range 38E, Plantation Key Colony Subdivision, Plantation Key (MM 91), by the Planning Director's Development Order 04-89. 2. The Monroe County School Board, a body with standing, timely appealed Development Order 04-89 to the Planning conditions, a minor conditional use for a convenience store for 1.
