RESOLUTION NO. 055-1986
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Genernl
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Other Governmental
Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1985-86 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $80,703.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1985-86, items to be known as Item #001-
187400-331492-86004 - Federal Transportation III
Monies, which said item shall contain the sum of
$74,203.00, and Item #001-187400-366928-86004 -
Transportation Project Income, which said item shall
contain the sum of $6,500.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86:

Item #001-187400-564210-86004 FICA 2,845.00
Item #001-187400-564220-86004 Retirement 4,871.00
Item #001-187400-564230-86004 Group Insurance 4,992.00

Item #001-187400-564250-86004 Unemployment Compo 1,600.00
Item #001-187400-564316-86004 Medical 210.00
Item #001-187400-564400-86004 Travel 1,500.00

Item #001-187400-564450-86004 Insurance & Bonds 13,927.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 2Lh- day of M~r~h , A.D. 1986.
