RESOLUTION NO. 101-1986
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Tourist
Development Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86
to account for unanticipated funds received from the Florida
State Authority, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Tourist Development Council Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1985-86 be, and the same is hereby
increased by the sum of $1,350.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Tourist Development Council Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1985-86, items to be known as Item
#106-000000-366901-0 - District I - which said item
shall contain the sum of $661.50, Item #106-000000-
366902-0 - District II - which said item shall contain
the sum of $81.00, Item #106-000000-366903-0 - District
III - which said item shall contain the sum of $216.00,
Item #106-000000-366904-0 - District IV - which said
item shall contain the sum of $175.50, and Item
#106-000000-366905-0 - District V - which said item
shall contain the sum of $216.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Tourist Development Council Fund
of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86:
Item #106-110201-559485-0 District I $661.50
Item #106-110202-559485-0 District II 81.00
Item #106-110203-559485-0 District III 216.00
Item #106-110204-559485-0 District IV 175.50
Item #106-110205-559485-0 District V 216.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 4th day of April, A.D. 1986.
