RESOLUTION NO. 140-1986
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS

WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Other Governmental
Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1985-86 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $14,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1985-86, an item to be known as Item #001-
186800-334690-86002, LSP State Monies, which said item
shall contain the sum of $14,000.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86:
Item #001-186800-564120-86002 Salaries $5,951. 87
Item #001-186800-564210-86002 FICA 529.16
Item #001-186800-564220-86002 Retirement 889.36
Item #001-186800-564230-86002 Group Insurance 2,390.40
Item #001-186800-564240-86002 Workmen's Comp. 484.73
Item #001-186800-564310-86002 Professional Fees 1,890.00
Item #001-186800-564316-86002 Medical 5.00
Item #001-186800-564400-86002 Travel 840.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 2nd day of May, A.D. 1986.
