RESOLUTION NO. 163 -1986
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 110-1986
WHEREAS, the Agreement approved by Resolution No. 110-1986
is no longer needed or necessary in that said Agreement with the
Department of Interior has already been consummated and the
Agreement approved by Resolution No. 110-1986 is not needed; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That Resolution No. 110-1986 be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
