RESOLUTION NO. 242 -1986

RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF
PLANTATION POINT FOR RECORD.
WHEREAS, Edith W. Ellis, has requested that the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve for
record a plat known as "PLANTATION POINT", being a replat of a
portion of Lot 7, Government Lot 6, George L. MacDonald survey,
Plat Book 1, Page 81, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida;
lying on Plantation Key, Section 18, Township 63 South, Range 38
East, and
WHEREAS, said plat conforms with all the plat filing rules
and regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The plat known as "PLANTATION POINT", being a replat of
a portion of Lot 7, Government Lot 6, George L. MacDonald survey,
Plat Book 1, Page 81, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida;
lying on Plantation Key, Section 18, Township 63 South, Range 38
East, be and the same is hereby approved for record, and the
Chairman and Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to sign
the certificate of approval of said plat.
2. That the proper applications are to be filed
simultaneously with the approval of this plat with the proper
state and federal agencies to secure a waiver concerning the
access to Ridge Road.
3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to make available to
the Field Representative of the Department of Community Affairs a
certified copy of this resolution by certified mail to said Field
Representative, Post Office Box 990, Key West, Florida 33041,
return receipt requested.
