RESOLUTION NO. 250-1986
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Special
Taxing District/Planning, Building, & Zoning Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1986 to account for unanticipated
funds received from State Department of Community Affairs, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Special Taxing District/Planning, Building &
Zoning Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1986 be, and
the same is hereby increased by the sum of $31,471.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Special Taxing District/Planning, Building & Zoning
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1986, an
item to be known as Item #716-100300-334500-01067 -
State Assistance 9J-10 Program (6/25/86 - 12/1/86),
which said item shall contain the sum of $31,471.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Special Taxing District/Planning,
Building & Zoning Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1986:
Item #716-100300-515340-01067 Contractual Services
(9J-10 Program)
$31,471.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 22nd day of August, A.D. 1986.
