RESOLUTION NO. 212-1987
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
389-1986 AND RE-INSTATING THE DECISION OF THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA THAT GRANTED THREE (3) DIMENSIONAL
VARIANCES TO GORDON AND MARY M. BRUNNER ON
AUGUST 7, 1986.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, sitting as the Board of Appeals, passed and adopted
Resolution No. 389-1986 on December 29, 1986, and
WHEREAS, said Board now desires to rescind said Resolution
No. 389-1986 passed and adopted on December 29, 1986, and
WHEREAS, said Board also desires to re-instate the decision
of the Board of Adjustment of Monroe County, Florida, that
granted three (3) dimensional variances to Gordon and Mary M.
Brunner on August 7, 1986, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SITTING AS THE BOARD OF APPEALS, as
follows:
1. Resolution No. 389-1986, passed and adopted on December
29, 1986, be, and the same is hereby rescinded.
2. That the August 7, 1986 decision of the Board of
Adjustment of Monroe County, Florida, granting three (3)
dimensional variances to Gordon and Mary M. Brunner be, and the
same is hereby re-instated.
3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to make available to
the Field Representative of the Department of Community Affairs a
certified copy of this resolution by certified mail to said Field
Representative, Post Office Box 990, Key West, Florida 33041,
return receipt requested.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, sitting as the Board of Appeals, at a
1987.
regular meeting of said Board held on the 19th day of May, A.D.
