RESOLUTION NO. 240-1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Municipal Service Taxing District #76 Fund #706 of the Monroe
County Budget for fiscal year 1986-87 to account for
unanticipated funds received from the State of Florida, Dept. of
Health & Rehabilitative Services, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Municipal Service Taxing District #76 Fund #706 of
the Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1986-87 be, and the same
is hereby increased by the sum of $4,994.48 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Municipal Service Taxing District #76 Fund #706 of the
Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1986-87, an item
to be known as Item #706-000000-334292-00000 -
Emergency Medical Services Grant, which said item shall
contain the sum of $4,994.48.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Municipal Service Taxing District
#76 Fund #706 of the Monroe County Budget for fiscal
year 1986-87:
Item #706-142600-526345-00000
Contractual Services
$4,994.48
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 2nd day of June, A.D. 1987.
