RESOLUTION NO. 254 -1987
A RESOLUTION OFFERING NO OBJECTION TO THE
ANNEXATION OF TANK ISLAND BY THE CITY OF KEY
WEST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. After consideration of the proposed annexation of Tank
Island by the ownership of Truman Annex, and being apprised that
said ownership will not affect the responsibility of the property
owner as concerns the duties owed to the County by virtue of said
ownership, Monroe County offers no opposition to the annexation
of Tank Island by the Truman Annex Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a special meeting of said Board held
on the 22nd day of June, A.D. 1987.
