RESOLUTION NO. 314 -1987
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NOS. 351-1986,
381-1986, 093-1987, 108-1987, 109-1987 AND
110-1987, WHICH PERTAIN TO CHANGES IN LAND USE
DESIGNATIONS UNDER SECTION 13-101E OF THE MONROE
COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNTY COMMISSION OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. Resolution Nos. 351-1986, 381-1986, 093-1987, 108-1987,
109-1987 and 110-1987, pertaining to changes in land use
designations under Section 13-101E of the Monroe County Land
Development Regulations, be and the same are hereby rescinded.
2. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to
forward a certified copy of this Resolution, return receipt
request, to the Florida Department of Community Affairs, P.O. Box
990, Key West, Florida 33041.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 18th day of August, A.D., 1987.
