RESOLUTION NO. 319-1987
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO
EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM BY AND BETWEEN AVIS RENT
A CAR SYSTEM, INC. AND MONROE COUNTY
CONCERNING PREMISES LOCATED AT THE KEY WEST
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That said Board hereby authorizes the Chairman of the Board
to execute an Addendum by and between Avis Rent a Car System,
Inc. and Monroe County, a copy of same being attached hereto,
concerning premises located at the Key West International
Airport.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 18th day of August, A.D. 1987.

ADDENDUM
The parties to the lease to which this document is attached,
Avis Rent A Car System, Inc., party of the first part, and Monroe
County, party of the second part, do agree and stipulate to this
Addendum to that certain Lease dated the 5th day of September,
1985, as follows:
That the effective date a shown in paragraph one (1) of said
Lease is altered and changed by the parties hereto to become
effective as concerns the term hereof on the date wherein the
party of the first part does occupy new, improved space as
provided for by the Airport Manager. Until this time occurs, the
date upon which this Lease commences is held in abeyance.
