352 -1987
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM~lIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REQUESTING
THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO
CONVEY TITLE TO LOOP ROAD ON SUGARLOAF KEY
FROM THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to take jurisdiction over and hold title to that
section of road, locally known as Loop Road on Sugar loaf Key; and
WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation has
indicated a willingness to convey to Monroe County said road;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
Said Board hereby requests the Florida Department of Trans-
portation to convey, by quit claim deed, to Monroe County,
Florida, the section of road known as Loop Road, Sugar10af Key,
and further described as the following:
All that portion of Loop Road on Sugar loaf Key
as shown on Florida Department of Transportation
right-of-way map for Section 90540-2610, and
identified as parcel 100.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
