RESOLUTION NO. 356-1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Supplement to General Revenue Fund - Library of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1987 to account for unanticipated funds
received from the Department of State - Division of Library, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1987 be, and the same is hereby
increased by the sum of $5,380.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1987, items to be known as Item
#002-000000-331711-0 - Economically Disadvantaged,
which said item shall contain the sum of $4,815.00, and
Item #002-000000-331713-0, Literary Program, which said
item shall contain the sum of $565.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Supplement to General Revenue
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1987:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 15th day of September, A.D. 1987.
