RESOLUTION NO. 361 -1987
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 200.0654(c),
Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 18,
1987, at 6:00 P.M. at Key Colony Beach City Hall, Key Colony
Beach, Monroe County, Florida, to amend and adopt a Tentative
Budget for Fiscal Year 1987-1988 for each County Fund, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following millages be adopted as
the Tentative Millage Rate for the Fiscal Year 1987-1988 and are
hereby adopted as follows:
General Revenue Fund 2.1218 Mills
Fine & Forfeiture Fund 3.4138 Mills
Health Clinic ,0583 Mills
Mariners Hospital District ,5000 Mills
MSTU Total Unincorporated Area .4492 Mills
Municipal Service District (Waste) .1178 Mills

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby directed to certify the above Adopted
Tentative Millages to the County Property Appraiser, and adver-
tise the Adopted Tentative Millage Rates pursuant to Chapters
129,03(3)(b) and 200.065 Florida Statutes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at Public Budget Hearing of said Board
held on the 18th day of September, 1987.
