RESOLUTION NO. 364 -1987
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, acting as the Board of Governors of the Television
Translator Taxing District, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
200.0654 (d), Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on
September 28, 1987, at 6:00 P.M. at the Monroe County Courthouse,
Key West, Florida, to reduce the current millage rate and adopt a
Final Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 1987-88, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACTING AS THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE
TELEVISION TRANSLATOR TAXING DISTRICT, that the millage rate for
the Television Translator Taxing District is hereby reduced to
.1500 mills and said Board hereby adopts said millage as
the Final Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 1987-88; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby directed to forward a certified copy
of this Resolution to the County Property Appraiser.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, acting as the Board of Governors of the
Television Translator Taxing District at a meeting of said Board
held on the 28th day of September, A.D. 1987.
