RESOLUTION NO. 384 -1987
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 346-1987
BY ADDING SECTION 3 TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE
DATE CONCERNING THE STANDARDS FOR THE
BUILDING OFFICIAL TO UTILIZE IN INTERPRETING
AND ADMINISTERING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF SECTION
6-105, MONROE COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT REGU-
LATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously passed and adopted Resolution No. 346-1987 on
September 15, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to amend said Resolution No.
346-1987 by adding Section 3 in order to provide an effective
date of the conditions provided for in said Resolution; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 346-1987 is hereby
amended by adding Section 3 to read as follows:
"Section 3. The conditions set forth in Sections 1
and 2, above, shall become effective December 1,
1987."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 6th day of October, A.D., 1987.
