RESOLUTION NO. 400 -1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Community Development Block Grant Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1987-88 to account for unanticipated funds
received from Federal Fund through the Department of Community
Affairs, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Community Development Block Grant Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88 be, and the same is
hereby increased by the sum of $650,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Community Development Block Grant Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1987-88, an tern to be known
as Item #003-000000-331540-54011 - Department of
Community Affairs, which said item shall contain the
sum of $650,000.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Community Development Block Grant
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88:

Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the ~day of October, A.D. 1987.
