RESOLUTION NO. 403 -1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund #001 of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1987
to account for unanticipated funds received from Federal (FAA)
and State (DOT) Marathon Airport - AIP05, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund #001 of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1987 be, and the same is hereby increased by
the sum of $6,114.93 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in
the General Revenue Fund #001 of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1987, items to be
known as Item #001-240400-331410-04405
FAA, Marathon AIP-05, which said item shall
contain the sum of $5,793.14, and Item
#001-240400-334410-04405,
DOT,
Marathon
AIP-05, which said item shall contain the sum
of $321. 79.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized
under "Expenditures" in the General Revenue
Fund #001 of the Monroe County Budget for the
year 1987:
Item #001-240400-542625-04405
Construction
$ 6,114.93
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 20th day of October, A.D. 1987.
