RESOLUTION NO. 413-1987
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINI-
STRATOR TO CONTINUE THE PAYMENT OF STREET
LIGHTING ON THE BOCA CHICA/STOCK ISLAND FOUR-
LANE STRIP.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on October 6,
1987, denied the County Administrator's request for authority to
continue the payment of street lighting on the Boca Chica/Stock
Island four-lane strip, pending receipt of an Agreement between
the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County and the
Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the citizens
of Monroe County to light the Boca Chica/Stock Island four-lane
strip until such time as an Agreement is entered into between the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County and the Department
of Transportation; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County Administrator is hereby

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 3rd day of November, A.D. 1987.
