RESOLUTION NO. 447 -1987
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN
AND EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF MONROE COUNTY A
CONTRACT WITH INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES
CORPORATION FOR THE STRAIGHT PURCHASE OF
CERTAIN COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, THE PURCHASE AND
LEASE OF CERTAIN SOFTWARE AND FOR MAINTENANCE
SERVICE AGREEMENTS THEREFOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The Mayor of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized,
on behalf of the County, to sign and execute a contract with
International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) for the
straight purchase of certain IBM computer equipment, the purchase
and month to month lease of certain software, and for the provi-
sion of maintenance and service for such equipment and software.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida at a regular meeting of said Board, held
