RESOLUTION NO. 016 -1988
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Munici-
pal Service District Fund #104 of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1987-88 to account for unanticipated funds received from
State of Florida, Department of Connnuni ty Affairs, now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Municipal Service District Fund 11104 of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88 be, and the same is
hereby increased by the sum of $343,034.55 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Municipal Service District Fund 11104 of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1987-88, an item to be known
as Item 11104-097901-334310-87200 - State Grant - DCA
Solid Waste Study (6/22/87 - 12/15/87), which said item
shall contain the sum of $343,034.55.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Municipal Service District Fund
#104 of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Connnissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 5th day of January, A.D. 1988.
