RESOLUTION NO. 035 -1988
A RESOLUTION GIVING AUTHORITY TO THE COUNTY
ATTORNEY AND HIS OFFICE TO UTILIZE AND
INVOKE, AT HIS DISCRETION, THE THIRD PARTY
RULE THAT IS SET FORTH IN THE FLORIDA RULES
OF CIVIL PROCEDURE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County Attorney and his office
are hereby empowered, at the discretion of said office, to enter
into and utilize the third party rule of civil procedure as is
now reflected in Florida Rules of Civil Procedure No. 1.180.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, at a regular meeting of said Boa~ held
on the 19th day of January, A.D. 1988.
