RESOLUTION NO. 171 -1988
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND DESIGNATING THE
COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR AS THE BUDGET OFFICER OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County Administrator be and he
is hereby appointed the Budget Officer for the County under the
provisions of Chapter 129.025, and, as such, he is hereby
directed to handle all budget functions described by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a special meeting of the Board held on
the ~day of ~ ' A.D. 1988.
