RESOLUTION NO. 197-1988
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN
MONROE COUNTY AND BAPTIST HOSPITAL CONCERNING
TRAUMA CARE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows:
1. That as per the contractual agreement between Monroe
County and Baptist Hospital relative to trauma care and the
in-patient accommodations for said trauma care for individuals
from Monroe County, the same shall be in accordance with the
terms and conditions of that certain contract dated the 1st day
of December, 1987, and the amended contract dated the 16th day of
February, 1988, as concerns transfers made.
2. That prior in-patients being admitted to Baptist
Hospital not in accordance with this resolution and the agree-
ment, the same can only be made with the consent and understand-
ing of Monroe County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 3rd day of May, A.D. 1988.
