RESOLUTION NO. 277 -1988
RESOLUTION CONCERNING DECREASE IN RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to decrease items under the
Municipal Service District I & S Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1988 to account for unanticipated funds received
from MSD Operating Fund, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Municipal Service District I & S Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1988 be, and the same is hereby
decreased by the sum of $175,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Municipal Service District I & S Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1988, an item to be known as
Item 1105-000000-381000-00000 - Non-Revenue - Interfund
Transfer (Transfer from MSD Fund 104), which said item
shall contain the sum of ($175,000.00).
(2) The following decrease is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Municipal Service District I & S
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1988:
Item 1105-920000-584995-00000
Perimeter Road
($175,000.00)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 5th day of July, A.D. 1988.
