RESOLUTION NO. 284-1988
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED
FUNDS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 485-1987.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Other Governmental
Agencies, and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No.
485-1987, passed and adopted on December 15, 1987, and to
substitute the information contained therein with the information
contained in this Resolution, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1987-88 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $7,538.19 as follows:
(a) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1987-88, items to be known as Item #001-
020800-331210-00011 - Federal Grant/State DCA/CJIS,
which said item shall contain the sum of $3,971.00, and
Item 1001-020800-389002-00011 - Carry Over/CJIS/Local
Match, which said item shall contain the sum of
$3,567.19.
(b) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1987-88:

2. That the Clerk of said Board be, and that upon receipt
of the above unanticipated funds, he is hereby authorized and
directed to place said funds in said items, as set forth above.
3. That Resolution No. 485-1987, passed and adopted on
December 15, 1987, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 19th day of July, A.D. 1988.
