RESOLUTIO~ NO. 495 -1988
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 200.0634(c),
Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 27,
1988, at 5:05 P.M. Courtroom B, Monroe County Courthouse Annex,
500 Whitehead Street, Key West, Monroe County, Florida, to amend
and adopt a Final Millage Rate and Final Budget for Trauma Care
District 3 for Fiscal Year 1988-89, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COU~TY COMMISSIO~ERS OF
MO~ROE COU~TY, FLORIDA, that a millage rate of .5000 Mills be
adopted as the Final Millage Rate for Trauma Care District 3 for
the Fiscal Year 1988-89, and is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COU~TY COMMISSIO~ERS
OF MO~ROE COU~TY, FLORIDA, that the recommended Final Budget in
the amount of $852,501.00 be adopted as the Final Budget for the
Fiscal Year 1988-89 for Trauma Care District 3 and is hereby
adopted.
BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the County
Administrator of said Board be, and he is hereby directed to
advertise the adopted Final Millage Rate, pursuant to Chapters
129.03(3)(b) and 200.063, Florida Statutes.
PASSED A~D ADOPTED by the Board of of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held on the
27th day of September, A.D. 1988.
