A RESOLUTION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE
HONORABLE JOE ALLEN AS MONROE COUNTY LEGISLA-
TIVE CONSULTANT FOR THE 1987 LEGISLATIVE
SESSION AND TERMS OF SAID APPOINTMENT
WHEREAS, the Honorable Joe Allen has agreed to act as Monroe
County's Legislative Consultant for the 1987 session of the
Legislature; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable Joe Allen has agreed to said rep-
resentation for and in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar; now
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
Section 1. That the Honorable Joe Allen is hereby designat-
ed as Monroe County Legislative Consultant; and
Section 2.
That the compensation for representing Monroe
County for the 1987 Legislative session shall be in the sum of
One ($1.00) Dollar.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
