RESOLUTION NO. 011-1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Fine & Forfeiture Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1985-86 to account for unanticipated funds received from the
State of Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Fine & Forfeiture Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1985-86 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $95,623.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Fine & Forfeiture Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1985-86, items to be known as Item #101-
000000-334201-0 - State Crime Lab, which said item
shall contain the sum of $75,623.00, and Item #101-
000000-335200-0 - State Bicycle Grant, which said
item shall contain the sum of $20,000.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Fine & Forfeiture Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86:
Item #101-290100-521640-0
Capital Outlay Equip.
$95,623.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 6th day of January, A.D. 1987.
