RESOLUTION NO. 03~1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1986-87 to account for unanticipated funds received from Other
Governmental Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1986-87 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $32,609.85 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1986-87, items to be known as Item #001-
187400-331492-86004 - Transportation Federal Monies,
which said item shall contain the sum of $21,910.43,
Item #001-187400-366928-86004 - Transportation Project
Income, which said item shall contain the sum of
$3,238.75, and Item #001-000000-389002-86004 - Balance
Forward - Local Match, which said item shall contain
the sum of $7,460.67.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87:

Item #001-187400-564210-86004 FICA 858.24
Item #001-187400-564220-86004 Retirement 1,458.78
Item #001-187400-564230-86004 Group Insurance 2,028.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
on the 6th day of January, A.D. 1987.
