RESOLUTION NO. 051 -1987
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE
BUDGET MODIFICATION III TO THE RADIOLOGICAL
EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AGREEMENT (1I87EM-93-11-54-
10-002).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor and Chairman of the Board is hereby au-
thorized to execute Budget Modification III to the Radiological
Emergency Preparedness Agreement (1I87EM-93-11-54-10-002), a copy
of same being attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 6th day of January, A.D. 1987.

Dear Mr. Wagner:
In response to your letter dated November 3, 1986 requesting a budget
modification to your Radiological Emergency Preparedness agreement
(#87EM-93-ll-54-l0-002), approval is hereby granted to amend the budget as
indicated below:

Total funds in this agreement remain at $101,726. This approval
represents Modification #1 to the referenced agreement. Please have the
Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners sign all three copies in the space
provided, and return two copies to this office and retain one copy for your
files.
This modification will enable you to purchase a Local Government Radio
to be installed at Ocean Reef. Officials at Florida Power and Light have been
contacted and are in concurrence.
