RESOLUTION NO, 166 -1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING DECREASE IN RECEIPTS OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to decrease items under the Capital
Projects Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Fund Reduction,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1, That the Capital Projects Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1986-87 be, and the same is hereby decreased
by the sum of $50,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Capital Projects Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1986-87, an item to be known as Item
#301-000000-523620-0 - Transfer from Fine & Forfeiture
Fund, which said item shall contain the sum of
($50,000,00),
(2) The following decrease is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Capital Projects Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87:
Item #301-383002-523620-0

Criminal Justice Bldg. ($50,000,00)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that ,upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authoI:'ized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above,
