RESOLUTION NO. 184-1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Interest on Florida
Bar Foundation Donation, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1986-87 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $950.63 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1986-87, items to be known as Item #001-
060201-366905-00009 - Florida Bar Donation - Interest
Income, which said item shall contain the sum of
$950.63.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87:
Item #001-060201-516990-00009
Refund to Donor
$950.63
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that "upon r~ceipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth, above ,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 21st day of April, A,D, 1987.
