RESOLUTION NO. 341 -1986
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLOR IDA, TO EXECUTE A COVENANT OF
UNITY TO RUN WITH THE LAND BY AND BETWEEN
RICHARD H. FISCHER AND JOYCE A. FISCHER AND
THE COUNTY OF MONROE FLORIDA, CONCERNING LOTS
6 AN~ 7, CORAL COLONY SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
The Mayor of Monroe County is hereby authorized to execute
a Covenant of Unity to Run with the Land by and between Richard
H. Fischer and Joyce A. Fischer and the County of Monroe,
Florida, a copy of same being attached hereto, concerning
Lots 6 and 7, Coral Colony Subdivision.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the ~ day of November, A.D. 1986.

COVENANT OF UNITY TO RUN WITH THE LAND
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of , 1986, by
and between RICHARD H. FISCHER, joined by his wife JOYCE A. FISCHER, and the
COUNTY OF MONROE, a political subdivision in the State of Florida,

WHEREAS, RICHARD H. FISCHER, joined by his wife JOYCE A. FISCHER, are
the fee simple owners of Lots 6 and 7, Coral Colony, a subdivision according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 122, of the Public Records
of Monroe County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, they seek to create a covenant of unity so that the size of
said unit would meet certain building criteria.
NOW THEREFORE, in order to effectuate unity of title in the respective
lots, the parties agree as follows:
1. Lots 6 and 7, Coral Colony, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 122, of the Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida, shall be considered one parcel of land in perpetuity.
2. The benefits and burdens of this covenant herein contained shall
annex to and run with the land herein described and shall bind the respective
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals on the date
