RESOLUTION NO. 345 -1986
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ON BEHALF OF MONROE COUNTY A CONTRACT WITH
H.T.E.. INC. FOR COMPUTER SOFTWARE~
WHEREAS. Monroe County desires to establish a computer
system to more effectively conduct the County's development
review and planning functions; and
WHEREAS. Monroe County desires to hire a Consultant to
perform certain software work relating to computer use with
building permit tracking; and
WHEREAS, H.T.E.. Inc. is professionally qualified to conduct
such work. and the County and the Consultant have negotiated a
mutually acceptable agreement contracting the Consultant for the
work; now. therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY. FLORIDA. as follows:
The Mayor of Monroe County. Florida. is hereby authorized to
sign and execute, on behalf of Monroe County. a contract with
H.T.E.. Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County. Florida. at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 18th day of November. A.D. 1986.
