RESOLUTION NO. 386 -1986
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST AND
RECOMMENDATION OF THE MONROE COUNTY LIBRARY
BOARD RELATING TO THE ESTATE OF MARGO GOLAN.
WHEREAS, the Monroe County Library Board has been informed
of the residual benefit left in the Will of Margo Golan, de-
ceased; and
WHEREAS, the reconnnendation of the Monroe County Library
Board reflects future such residual benefit and request that said
bequest of Margo Golan, deceased, be accepted; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
Section 1. The reconnnendation dated December 11, 1986, from
the Monroe County Library Board indicates a residual benefit from
the estate of Margo Golan will be forthcoming at a later date and
is hereby approved.
Section 2. That it is further indicated that the sale of
assets thus creating the Trust from which the residual bequest
will be forthcoming will be in the best interest of Monroe County
and that said sale constituting said Trust should be and is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Connnissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
