RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1984-85 to account for unanticipated funds received
from Carry-Over Fund Balance FY83-84 for Donations, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1984-85 be, and the same is
hereby increased by the sum of $1,959.11 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Supplement to General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1984-85, items to be known as Item
#002-000000-389100-0 - Donations - Local History, which
said item shall contain the sum of $1,568.08, Item
#002-000000-389101-0 - Donations - Other, which said
item shall contain the sum of $179.74, Item #002-00000-
389102-0 - Donations - Marathon Library, which said
item shall contain the sum of $210,32, and Item #002-
00000-389103-0, Donations - Islamorada Friends of the
Library, which said item shall contain the sum of
$0,97.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Supplement to General Revenue
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1984-85:
Item #002-260000-571661-0 Donations - Local History $1,568.08
Item #002-260000-571662-0 Donations - Other 179.74
Item #002-260000-571663-0 Donations - Marathon Library 210.32
Item #002-260000-571664-0 Donations - Islamorada
Frieds of the Library 0.97
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 11th day of January, A.D. 1985.
