RESOLUTION NO. 016-1985
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Cross
Key Waterway Road Fund of the Monroe County ~udget for the year
1983-84 to account for unanticipated funds received from fund
balance forward and for Tax Collector fees, now, therefore,
~E IT RESOLVED ~Y THE ~OARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Cross Key Waterway Road Fund of the Monroe
County ~udget for the year 1983-84 be, and the same is hereby
increased by the sum of $769.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Cross Key Waterway Road Fund of the Monroe County
~udget for the year 1983-84, an item to be known as
Item #713-400001-541516-0 - Commissions & Fees , which
said item shall contain the sum of $769.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Cross Key Waterway Road Fund of
the Monroe County ~udget for the year 1983-84:

~E IT FURTHER RESOLVED ~Y SAID ~OARD that the Clerk of said
~oard be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the ~oard of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said ~oard held
on the 11th day of January, A.D. 1985.
