RESOLUTION NO. 020 -1985
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Eudget for the year 1984-85 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Local Service
Program, now, therefore,
EE IT RESOLVED EY THE EOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Eudget for the year 1984-85 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $34,500.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Eudget for
the year 1984-85, an item to be known as Item #001-
185800-334690-85004 - LSP State Monies, which said item
shall contain the sum of $34,500.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Eudget for the year 1984-85:
Item #001-185800-564120-85004 Salaries $18,623.46
Item #001-185800-564210-85004 FICA 1,853.71
Item #001-185800-564220-85004 Retirement 3,025.25
Item #001-185800-564230-85004 Group Insurance 2,262.27

~oard be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the ~oard of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Eoard held
on the 11th day of January, A.D. 1985.
