RESOLUTION NO, 031 -1985
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County ~udget for the year 1984-85 to
account for unanticipated funds received from the Transportation
Community Service Trust Fund, now, therefore,
~E IT RESOLVED ~Y THE ~OARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1, That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
~udget for the year 1984-85 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $6,163.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County ~udget for
the year 1984-85, an item to be known as Item #001-
180702-334493-85005, which said item shall contain the
sum of $6,163,00,
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County ~udget for the year 1984-85:
Item #001-180702-564521-85005
Gas, Oil, Lube
$ 6,163,00
~E IT FURTHER RESOLVED ~Y SAID ~OARD that the Clerk of said
~oard be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the ~oard of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said ~oard held
on the 23rd day of January, A,D. 1985.
