RESOLUTION NO. 047 -1985
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County ~udget for the year 1984-85 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Nutrition C-II,
now, therefore,
~E IT RESOLVED ~Y THE ~OARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
~udget for the year 1984-85 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $59,824.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County ~udget for
the year 1984-85, items to be known as Item #001-
186300-331909-85008, Federal Monies, which said item
shall contain the sum of $43,606.00, Item #001-
186300-366927-85008, Project Income, which said
item shall contain the sum of $6,500.00, and Item
#001-186300-331908-85008, USDA Commodities, which said
item shall contain the sum of $9,718.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County ~udget for the year 1984-85:
Item #001-186300-564120-85008 Salaries $ 7,535.00
Item #001-186300-564210-85008 FICA 984.00
Item #001-186300-564220-85008 Retirement 1,710.00
Item #001-186300-564230-85008 Group Insurance 845.00
Item #001-186300-564240-85008 Workmen's Compo 423.00
Item #001-186300-564400-85008 Travel 2,615.00
Item #001-186300-564410-85008 Communications 354.00
Item #001-186300-564510-85008 Printing & Supplies 200.00
Item #001-186300-564490-85008 Misc. Supplies 792.00
Item #001-186300-564491-85008 Raw Food 43,691.00
Item #001-186300-564450-85008 Insurance & ~onds 75.00
Item #001-186300-564320-85008 Audit 600.00
~E IT FURTHER RESOLVED ~Y SAID ~OARD that the Clerk of said
~oard be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the ~oard of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said ~oard held
on the 8th day of February, A.D. 1985.
