RESOLUTION NO. 102-1985
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS , it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1984-85 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Tax District/
Special Election, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows :
1 . That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1984-85 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $5 , 500 . 00 as follows :
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1984-85 , an item to be known as Item #001-
000000-381300-0 , Transfers from Special Tax District
Fund for Special Election, which said item shall
contain the sum of $5 , 500 . 00 .
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1984-85 :
Item #001-070201-519130-0 Salaries Non-payroll $ 2 , 000 . 00
Item #001-070201-519440-0 Rentals 1 , 000 . 00
Item #001-070201-519510-0 Office Supplies 1 , 000 . 00
Item #001-070201-519515-0 Advertising 1 , 500 . 00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds ,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items , as set forth above .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 12th day of April , A.D. 1985 .
