Resolution 127-1985 Board of Appeals RESOLUTION NO. 127-1985 RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, WITHOUT PREJUDICE, AND DENYING THE REQUEST OF SUSAN DIXON A/K/A SUSAN SAWYER TO REVERSE THE DECISION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUST- MENT OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DENYING HER REQUEST FOR THREE (3) DIMENSIONAL VARIANCES. WHEREAS, on November 9, 1984, the Board of Adjus tment of Monroe County, Florida, denied a request for the following three (3) dimensional variances: (1) variance to the width; (2) variance to the lot area; and (3) variance of 20 feet to build to 30 feet from the front property line, for a proposed rezoning to BU-I-0 on the following described property: Lots 20, 21 and 22 of Block 11 of Sunset Cove Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 165, and located in Section 32, Township 61 South, Range 39 East. Zoned RU-3. U.S. Highway #1 Northbound. WHEREAS, Susan Dixon a/k/a Susan Sawyer has duly appealed said decision to the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, sitting as the Board of Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the transcript of the November 9, 1984 hearing, having considered the argument of all parties present wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises considered, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows: 1. That the November 9, 1984, decision of the Board of Adjustment of Monroe County, Florida, denying the following three (3) dimensional variances: (1) variance to the width; (2) variance to the lot area; and (3) variance of 20 feet to build to 30 feet from the front property line, for a proposed rezoning to BU-I-O be, and the same is hereby upheld. 2. That said Susan Dixon a/k/a Susan Sawyer be, and she is hereby denied a reversal of the decision of the Board of Adjust- ment of Monroe County, Florida, denying her request for the following three (3) dimensional variances: (1) variance to the width; (2) variance to the lot area; and (3) variance of 20 feet to build to 30 feet from the front property line, for a proposed rezoning to BU-l-O on above-described property. 3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to make available to the Field Representative of the Department of Community Affairs a certified copy of this resolution by certified mail to said Field Representative, Post Office Box 990, Key West, Florida 33041, return receipt requested. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, sitting as the Board of Appeals, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 17th day of April A.D. 1985.
