RESOLUTION NO. 211-1985
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF BAY HAMMOCK
SUBDIVISION FOR RECORD.
WHEREAS, MONCO LAND CORP., a Florida corporation, has
requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, approve for record a plat known as "BAY HAMMOCK
SUBDIVISION" a Subdivision in Section 28, Township 61 South,
Range 39 East, on Key Largo Key so Located within the County of
Monroe, State of Florida, and
WHEREAS, said plat conforms with all the plat filing rules
and regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "BAY HAMMOCK
SUBDIVISION" a Subdivision in Section 28, Township 61 South,
Range 39 East, on Key Largo Key so Located within the County of
Monroe, State of Florida, be and the same is hereby approved for
record, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are hereby
authorized to sign the certificate of approval of said plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk is
hereby directed to make available to the Field Repre~~ntative of
